How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will be able to track your order through our email confirmation email or by visiting our “track your order” page.
What if the package doesn’t arrive?
If you don’t get your package 15 business days after it was shipped, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund. Your order might have gone missing during transit.
How can I return my order?
Please send all shortage or damage claims and return requests to email@example.com. A team-member will contact you within a few hours to coordinate your return. We ask for an $8 fee for inspection and handling of returns. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Your refund will be issued once your returned item has been received in the original packaging in a sellable condition.
It is suggested that returns be shipped by a carrier that provides signature confirmation. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Vibevista does not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
The Return process must be initiated within 60 days of receipt.
Vibevista only accepts returns of products purchased from www.vibevista.com. All returns of orders placed through other retailers can only be authorized through and returned to those retailers.
